If you want to know about the real point of view of students, let me tell you, KIET is the best among all these colleges. KIET provides amazing placements for their BTech department, especially their CSE branch. In 2023 the highest package in CSE was INR 48.89 LPA. The placement percentage was also very high at 93.98%.

Our college is also very lenient in terms of attendance. If you are like me, and struggling to make up for the classes, this college can be a good option as KIET will not give you a headache for the same. There are a variety of festivals and cultural events celebrated in KIET.

JSS Noida is best. It has a prime location, at the heart of NCR, surrounded by IT offices and industries. It’s easier to get coaching, placements, internships, etc. due to the locational advantage. It has a good placement record. As per JSS Noida placements of recent years, students received an average CTC of INR 5 LPA. While the highest CTC received by the students was INR 42 LPA.

It is a better option, in terms of academics as well. The campus has 30+ technical and cultural societies that you can join.

JSS Noida is the best among the mentioned colleges. 

  • The campus is located in NCR and it is surrounded by many IT industry houses. So, you will get good exposure in terms of coaching, internships, training, etc.
  • Compared to KIET, Galgotias, and AKG, it has a better peer group.
  • JSS has over 30 technical cum cultural societies. As a JSS student, you can take advantage of these societies and clubs to brush up on your skills. 
  • As per the JSS Noida placement highlights of recent years, the average and highest CTC offered to the students are INR 6-7 LPA and INR 12.5 LPA

JSS also has shorter college hours and better faculties compared to the other UPTU affiliated colleges.

Talking about JSS Noida first, it is situated in the institutional area of Noida, and therefore surrounds most of the IT workplaces and industries. The college is not too strict with its rules regarding attendance, and the students also have shorter college hours as compared to other colleges.

Course fee- The fee for BTech is around 1.5 LPA for all the streams, and the fee for MBA is also the same per year.

Faculty- Most of the faculty members are Ph.D. holders and have an experience of around 5 to 10 years in their field.

Placements- The major companies visiting the college are Wipro, TCS, Tata, and Hyundai. The placement differs from branch to branch, with CSE being the branch that had the highest placement rate, i.e., 90%. The average package was around 5 LPA last year.

AKG Ghaziabad has a good infrastructure and a very good campus environment. The college is recognized for providing good placements to the CS branch.

Course fee- The college offers BTech at a fee of 1.2 LPA, and also provides lateral entry for the course. The college has an intake of 180 seats for the course.

Faculty- Most of the faculty are postgraduates from IITs and NITs, and some are Ph.D. holders. There are workshops conducted for the teachers very frequently.

Placements- HCL, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra are some of the top recruiters for the college. CSE and Electronics being the branches that received the highest placement last year with around 90% placement.

KIET Ghaziabad is another college recognized for providing good placements to the CSE branch. The college has a more lenient approach in its rules regarding attendance, and which could be a favorable point for some students.

Course fee- The college charges around 1.4 LPA for both BTech and MBA courses. The college has an intake of 120 seats available for the course and also offers lateral entry.

Faculty- The faculty is very qualified and most of the members are MTech holders. Most of the student reviews are favorable and point out that the faculty is very helpful and always available for the students.

Placements- Amazon, Kronos, HSBC, TCS, Byju’s, Capgemini are some of the major recruiters. The average package recorded last year was around 4 LPA and the highest package being around 13 LPA.

Galgotias, situated in Greater Noida is another college surrounding most of the IT industries and therefore attracts a good number of companies for placements. The college, being a private institution maintains a very good infrastructure.

Course fee- The BTech fee is around 1.6 LPA, and the fee for MBA is also the same. The fee for BBA is 1 LPA. The college offers BTech in a variety of 17 streams, which helps a student to explore more opportunities.

Faculty- Most of the faculty are doctorates in their fields and are therefore very experienced. The student reviews for the faculty are mostly positive and point out towards a dedicated teaching methodology.

Placements- Bajaj Motor, Hero, TCS, Wipro, Infosys are some of the top companies conducting placement drives in the college. Last year, the highest package was around 10 LPA, and the average being around 3.5 LPA.
