Is 100 mark in JEE mains good enough to get into IIIT Bhubaneswar?

The institute has a state quota. 50% of the seats are reserved for Odisha State students. With your score you can get IT easily, there’s a good chance of getting EEE as well.
You will get an A.I.R(All India Rank) based on your JEE Main score and a State rank if you are a resident of the state. The deciding factors for admission in IIITs are: JEE Main score and marks secured in XII boards.
From your JEE Mains score, there is no way to predict your A.I.R or the State rank as scores are absolute figures and rank are relative. If you meant to ask what rank will secure a seat in IIIT Bhubaneswar there is no way to determine that either as it changes every year depending on various factors like the difficulty level of the question papers, different branches, caste, and gender, etc.
