What is the highest package offered this year to a UIT RGPV student?
Posted On - Aug 28, 2021According to the highlights of RGPV placements 2021, the highest CTC offered to the students was INR 18 LPA. Here are the placement highlights in brief.

IBM, Accenture, Infosys, TCS, etc. were among the major recruiters that took part in the placement drive.
The placement cell at UIT RGPV is not at all good. There is a total lack of communication and interaction.
Apart from TCS, there is hardly any company that offers any decent offer at on-campus placements. Only TCS is the regular recruiter at UIT RGPV. Some may put some extra effort or walk an extra mile to offer more than TCS.
Students from CS and IT may get offers, but other than these, no core companies recruit students from other branches. The other mass recruiters are Infosys and Wipro.
One of the UITian got an offer package of INR 13 LPA from Appointy which is a start-up-based company in Bhopal. This is the highest known package offered to any UIT RGPV student.

UIT does not have any good placement record in recent years. It would be recommended to try for off-campus placements as well.
