Lucknow University is going to organise the Uttar Pradesh B.Ed examination tomorrow i.e. August 9, 2020 (Sunday). The UP B.Ed JEE 2020 will be organized in 73 districts of the state, following proper safety measures.

The Candidates can show their admit card to use auto-rickshaw, cabs or other means to transport for reaching the test center. Lucknow University  has uploaded detailed guidelines on the official website of the varsity.

“According to the government’s directions, every Saturday and Sunday, movement is restricted to avoid the spread of novel coronovirus”. However, the Government has given the permission for movement as the exam is scheduled on Sunday. The Candidates can travel on these two lockdown days by carrying their admit cards along with them.

The UP B.Ed JEE 2020 will be conducted in two shifts from 9 AM to 12 Noon and from 2 PM to 5 PM on August 9. 

More than 4.3 lakh candidates will be appearing for the exam at 1,089 centers across Uttar Pradesh.

The Aspirants must keep the following points in mind while appearing for the examination:

  • Reach the examination center one hour before the scheduled time.

  • Candidates can show their UP B.Ed JEE Admit card  to use public and private transport to reach out the venue.

  • Follow the COVID-19 Protocols strictly. All candidates must wear a face mask and should keep the hand sanitizer along with them.

  • Thermal scanning of candidates and sanitization process will be ensured at the examination venue. 

  • Candidates should check seating arrangements in advance and make verification of their documents. 

Safety Measures at the Examination Venue

  • Each Center, premises, examination hall and furniture will be sanitized a day prior to the B.Ed entrance examination.

  • At all entry gates Thermal detector and scanner will be fixed and properly checked. 

  • Enough Masks, sanitizers will be assured at all the exam centers. 

  • It is also clarified that after one shift of the examination, the entire building and exam halls will be sanitized.
