New Delhi: University Business School (UBS), Panjab University, has recently completed its placement drive for the flagship program, MBA with a 96.29% placement record.
As per UBS Chandigarh, despite the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic restrictions, the university has recorded a rise in placement offers compared to the last year's data for its MBA program students. The drive was conducted for the students of batch 2020-22.
For UBS Chandigarh Placement 2022 drive, out of total registered students, over 96 percent have received placement opportunities from top recruiters of the university. The data recorded for the 2022 session has recorded a rise of 6% than the 2022 session data of 90.16 percent.
Talking about the placement, Dr. Tejinderpal Singh, Placement Coordinator of Panjab University stated that out of a total batch size of 146, 135 students participated in the UBS MBA Course placement drive, while the remaining 11 students opted out of the process.

Following the placement data, the highest package offered to students is INR 53.06 lakh per annum by the top recruiter of the university, Tolaram. On the other hand, the highest CTC of the 2021 session was INR 17.8 lakh per annum offered by American Express.
The average package of INR 10.13 lakh per annum was offered to MBA Course 202 students during the placement session, marking an increase of 25 percent in an average package. As for the 2021 session, the average package offered to students was 8.10 lakh per annum.
As per UBS Chandigarh, the top students who received the highest packages in the 2022 placement drive are Deepak Singh, Atin Patel, Jaspreet Kaur, Satyam Srivastava, Bhuwan Kumar, Pratyaksh Jain, Aradhana Jha, and Mangesh Sunil Rahane from MBA Course.
