New Delhi: Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD) will be conducting admission on the basis of CUET 2022 scores from the academic year 2022-23. This was declared by the university’s director, Prof. Sibnath Deb.
The Professor has also mentioned that RGNIYD has already received more than 1 lakh applications for admission to various UG, PG Courses.
“Interested students who wrote CUET for admission in RGNIYD, have to register themselves in the link available in our website (www.rgniyd.gov.in). Among the students who have registered, students will be admitted based on the CUET score and reservation as per Government of India norms”, he further said.
Prof. Sibnath Deb said that based on the need and demand in the job market, the RGNIYD in the last academic year introduced six new courses which include M.Sc. Computer Science (Data Science), M.Sc. Computer Science (Cyber Security), M.Sc. Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning), M.Sc. Mathematics, M.A English and M.A. Sociology. In the next academic year, the institute has proposed to Introduce Master Programme in Child Rights and Child Protection.
