New Delhi: Presidency University has begun the application process for admission to UG courses for the academic session 2022-2023. Candidates can apply online through the official website @presiuniv.ac.in 

Presidency University offers undergraduate programmes in disciplines such as English, Bengali, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Geology, Performing Arts, Sociology, Statistics, and so on. The university offers BA (Hons) and BSc (Hons) degree programmes. 

Candidates who have not received their mark sheet or certificate of Higher Secondary or 10+2 examination can also apply for the courses at Presidency University. However, they should achieve the minimum eligibility conditions and provide the same at the time of admission. 

Admission to Presidency University started online on July 18, 2022. Candidates can apply till August 05, 2022. The general merit list will be published on August 12, 2022.

Presidency University UG Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria 

Candidates can check the eligibility criteria for admission to BA (Hons) and BSc (Hons) here: 

• There is no upper or lower age limit. 
• Candidates must have passed (not before 2022) the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2 system) conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, West Bengal, or any equivalent examination from a recognised board/council. 
• Candidates must pass any of the aforementioned examinations, with at least five recognized subjects (full marks of each not less than 100), including English language and excluding compulsory Environmental Science. The Aggregate Marks are to be calculated considering the score in the best four recognized subjects.
•  Candidates with International ‘A’ level or International Baccalaureate qualifications must have at least three subjects at the IGCSE level and three subjects at the ‘A’ level, with English in either of the two levels. 
• The candidate must secure a minimum aggregate score in percentage as per the following table in his/her qualifying examination in (10+2)th standard.

Presidency University UG Admission 2022: Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on their academic performance. For selection, the distribution of marks will be counted accordingly. Then a merit list will be published wherein candidates will be called for admission to particular courses (BA or BSc) at the university. 

Presidency University UG Admission 2022: How to Apply Online?

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of Presidency University at presiuniv.ac.in

Step 2: Register yourself after filling in the required details, such as Mobile Number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, log in with your registration credentials and fill in all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee as required and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a printout of the form for all future needs.
