NIT Placement: Conclusion
As per the NIT Placements procedure, final year students are invited to appear for an interview round with the companies/organizations. They are further selected based on their skills for the recruitment process by the recruiters.
Selected students receive the confirmation mail for the recruitment process along with a hiring confirmation on their respected mail. After the selection, they are offered a salary package, and various pre-placement, post-placement, and post-placement-related activities are done.
Following the NIT Placement data, selected students are offered with an average salary package of INR 7 LPA to INR 14 LPA. While the highest domestic package provided to students has reached up to INR 30 LPA to 40 LPA over the years.
