New Delhi: National Sanskrit University, formerly known as the Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth (Tirupati), is accepting applications for admission to its UG programme for the academic session 2022-23. Interested candidates can now submit their applications by October 02, 2022.
As per National Sanskrit University, applicants who wish to apply for admission to their full-time UG program offered by the departments of Sanskrit can now head to their official website at nsktu.ac.in.
To apply for National Sanskrit University UG Admission 2022, interested candidates need to have a 10+2 equivalent for all Shastri programmes. Those who have passed Samhita (Rigveda / KrishnaYajurveda / Shukla Yajurveda / Samaveda and Atharva Veda) are certified by a reputed Vedic guru, a traditional institution or a Religious Matham.
Candidates must have some knowledge of Sanskrit to be eligible for the programme and are subject to the passing of personal interview conducted by the University in the Samhita of respective Veda and Sanskrit
A merit list will be published that is subject to conditions of having a valid score in CUET UG 2022, with Sanskrit in section 1B and 2 and have studied Sanskrit for the qualifying programme.
