New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the revised examination dates for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main January 2023, which is scheduled to begin on January 24, 2023.
Earlier, the NTA had planned to conduct the JEE Main 2023 exam from January 24 to 31, and there was only one gap day in between that was January 26, 2023.
Now, the NTA has notified that the JEE Main January 2023 will be conducted on January 24, 25, 29, 30, 31 and February 1, 2023.

Meanwhile, the JEE Main Admit Card 2023 for January 24 and 25 exams are likely to be released by January 22, and the candidates will be able to check the JEE Main City Intimation Slip 2023.
The candidates appearing for the JEE Main 2023 Exam must note that the timings of the Shift 1 exam are between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, and the timings of the Shift 2 exam are from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Post the release of the advance city intimation slip on January 18, there was criticism from the students' end. For example, the Bihar 12th Mathematics exam is scheduled to be conducted on February 1, and some students were allocated exam shifts on the same day.
However, the NTA is yet to respond on this issue. Since NTA has assigned February 1, 2 and 3 as the reserve days, the problem will be sorted out.
JEE Main 2023: How to Check Exam City Slip?
Candidates can go through the following steps to check and download the JEE Main 2023 Exam city intimation slip.
Step 1: Visit the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on JEE(Main) 2023 Session 1 Advance City Intimation
Step 3: In the next step enter the application number, date of birth and security pin
Step 4: Post submitting the details, city slip will be displayed on screen
Step 5: Download the same and take its printout for future reference
