New Delhi: According to recent reports, the entrepreneurship development programme (EDP) was held jointly with the student body by the Jamia Millia Islamia(JMI) centre for innovation and entrepreneurship. The event was held to commemorate startup India innovation week.
This mission is to promote aspiring entrepreneurs and build an entrepreneurial, startup, and innovation culture on JMI campus. The inclusion of startup founders and aspiring entrepreneurs on the JMI campus is in compliance with prime minister Narendra Modi's objective to nurture the environment of innovation and entrepreneurship.
MSME, DGM, Javed Ahmad Siddiqui, and Job Hai, head of growth, Dhruv Yadav, joined the occasion. Dhruv Yadav initially motivated the pupils toward their objectives. They bolstered their morale and inspired them to tackle the difficulties that lay ahead.
He was then followed by Siddiqui, who discussed the different initiatives for MSMEs and startups administered by SIDBI and Mudra. In addition, JMI organised a conference of startup founders.
Entrepreneurship Development Programme Participants
More than 30 entrepreneurs attended the event, which was visited by participants from approximately 20 startups. Fuzail Ahmad, a consultant in strategy at Deloitte, was the event's featured speaker. He covered significant topics and offered his thoughts to students.
Moreover, he vowed to remain in contact with the participants to assist them in achieving entrepreneurial success. A JMI media release stated, "The centre pledges to continue hosting such events to encourage and cultivate the entrepreneurship and innovation culture within and around the university campus and to expand the Jamia community."
