New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sambalpur has successfully concluded its placement season for the MBA batch of 2023, with a 100% success rate. The highest domestic salary offered at INR 64.61 LPA.

During IIM Sambalpur Placement 2023, the highest international salary offered to the MBA students was INR 64.15 LPA. IIM Sambalpur recorded a significant increase of 147 percent in terms of the highest salary offered to students.

IIM Sambalpur MBA Placements 2023: Highlights 

According to the placement reports, the female students outperformed male students, earning an average salary of INR 18.25 LPA. Students from the batch were put in the sales and marketing industry at a rate of 27%.

The institute also disclosed that the median salary for the MBA batch stood at INR 16 LPA and the average salary earned by students in that batch was INR 16.64 LPA.

IIM Sambalpur MBA Placements 2023: Top Recruiters 

Microsoft, Vedanta, Tolaram, Amul, Adani, EY, Accenture, Cognizant, Deloitte, Bosch, Amazon, Akzo Nobel, Capgemini, and ICICI are some of the top-notch companies that were present during the IIM Sambalpur recruitment drives.

Over 130 recruiters took part in the IIM Sambalpur's recruitment procedure including 75 news recruiters. There were 167 candidates in the MBA batch, and everyone was placed with lucrative offers.

According to IIM Sambalpur director Mahadeo Jaiswal, the outstanding placements of the MBA 2021–23 batch at the institute shows the institute's commitment to provide students with skills and information that they need to thrive in their chosen careers.
