The application form is to be filled online so the candidate must carefully fill the form and complete all the steps of application from registration to Payment and then printing the form. The guidelines for filling and submitting the form are given below as well as the conditions that may lead to rejection of application.
COMEDK UGET 2015 Instructions for Filling Online Application Form:
The candidates must register before proceeding for filling application form. The form will be available on Applicants Login Account only. The application from is to be filled in the following manner —
The candidates must fill all the basic details like your Nationality, Parents'/guardians details, Gender, Photo ID proof of the parents like PAN, Voter ID, Driving License, etc., Income Details of Parents/guardians, Postal Address, City, state, PIN Code, Phone number, Belongs to like Karnataka/ Non- Karnataka, Category, Minority Status, Linguistic Minority, Religious Minority,
The candidates must get the Demand Draft in advance for filling up the DD Details like DD Number, DD amount, Drawee Bank and DD Date, the DD must be drawn in favor of "COMEDK" to be payable at nationalized bank, Bangalore- Karnataka
The candidates should fill the details of the qualifying exam like select the qualifying exam from PUC II or 10+2 or equivalent, Month/ Year of Passing, Board approving/ of the Qualifying exam, Name and Place of Institution last studied, Registration no. of 10th/ SSLC, Registration no. of 12th standard/PUC, No. of Attempts in COMEDK UGET Entrance Exam and Results column
Then the candidate must choose the Test location/ Exam Centre; in this the candidate have to select three choices for taking test
The candidate have to upload photos and signature, for uploading the photo all the instructions must be looked at carefully like the photo must be recent and must be in .jpg/ .jpeg format
The candidate finally must read declaration carefully and proceed by accepting
The candidate must send the Physical Application Form for final submission. The instructions for sending application form are —
The candidate must get the printout of the application form and fix the photo, left-fore finger/ thumb impression, parents'/guardian's signature alongwith attestation from the head of the institution last studied
The candidates must attach the Non-refundable Demand Draft alongwith the application form; the demand draft must be of 1200/- for 2 subjects and 1500/- for three subjects; behind the DD the applicant's name and applicant's number should be written
Do not staple any document alongwith the Application Form and also do not staple DD, use clip instead
Do not pin or staple the photograph paste it with a fevicol or gum
