The final COMEDK UGET merit list would be available on June 2015; after the announcement on the website the candidates can download the Rank Card from Applicants Login and candidate selected would be further called for counseling and seat allotment process. The process of counseling will be held in the multiple phases, commencing from July 2015.

COMEDK UGET 2015 Counselling Procedure:

• Verification of the Documents: For participation in counseling, candidates have to get document verified and pay fees of Rs.50, 000 by getting a Demand Draft in favor of "COMEDK TAT" to be payable at nationalized bank at Bangalore
• Biometric Process: it involves signature verification online photo-capturing etc. They are further required to register in person and m3ark the choices of colleges/courses as per priority
• Seat Allocation process: Allotment result would be issued on the official website of the consortium
• Issue of Allotment letter: On allotment, candidates have to report to the allotted institute to confirm the seat

The seat selection process involves two rounds of counseling. The status of the Counseling/seat selection process for each day and session would be notified separately.

The seat selection procedure will be held in the following manner-

• Calling Candidates: the candidates will be called for Counselling for admission into their choice of course and the candidate must be physically present at the venue to take part in the Counselling and no one else other than the candidate can take part in the counseling.
• Verification of Documents: Before seat allotment this is a mandatory procedure in which the candidate has to verify his/ her original Documents by the chief officers at the venue
• Registration of Candidates: The candidates can register at the counter where the officer feed the details of the candidate in the computer system. Without the registration the candidate cannot participate in the seat selection process. The biometric process, photo verification and signature verification will be made after the registration
• Pre Seat Selection Process: the candidates will be viewed a digital screen showing Colleges alongwith the available seats, the candidates can select the seats and as soon as the seat is selected the screen will show 1 seat less against that course
• Seat Allocation Process: the candidate can select the seats and will be required to proceed for seat allotment and seat allotment letter will be issued to them which will be built in security features and cannot be duplicated. The allotment letter should be kept carefully because if it is lost the seat allotted will also be cancelled
• Photo Taking of Selected Candidates: there will be photo taking procedure for the purpose of admission undertaking
• DD Payment: the Demand Draft for payment of fees will be submitted at the bank counter
• Collection of Allotment Letter and Fee Receipt: the Allotment letter and fee receipt will be deposited at the college

The candidate can withdraw admission or change college in the next counselling as there will be counsellings. The fees deposited will be refunded after deduction of Rs. 5000/- in case of withdrawal of admission.

• The candidates must bring ID proof like Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, 10^th/12^th hall ticket, Admit Card.
• Parents coming with the candidates also must bring ID proof
