Some people like to travel with a companion. Other people prefer to travel alone. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your choice.

Answer:

Tourism is developing in every way, and so are tourists. According to me, traveling with a partner is always the best option any day. This statement of mine can be explained by the help of two reasons.

Also check,

Firstly, traveling with a partner makes it possible to save more and solo trips make it really hard for travelers to arrange a place that accommodates single beds. The tourism industry is booming, and it keeps no stone unturned to make a profit, and therefore the rooms are also of sky-reaching costs. There is hardly any discount or offers for single travelers as there is a higher count in traveling with partners. It is always better and cost-effective to travel with a partner as the room rent can be shared, offers can be availed. In fact, my own experience is a testimony to the fact. When I traveled to Australia with my best friend, we managed to book an entire Airbnb for the cost of two separate beds in a dorm. We could actually extend our trip to a whole one more week. We could save so many hundred dollars because we went to pairs, and this resulted in visiting even more places.

Secondly, a very common issue borne in the minds of people is, sole travelers are intimidating to them. Generally, tourists in pairs are most accepted than and people are more approachable towards them. When I went on the Australia trip with my best friend, we were invited to a local’s place for dinner and there they disclosed that they found us very cheerful which made them feel like getting along with us. But last year when I visited Argentina alone and wanted to engage in equally enthusiastic conversation but that just didn’t happen. Their idea of solitary traveler is different, no matter how kind the person is and it is hard to make them believe.

To conclude, I’d definitely choose to travel with a partner rather than traveling alone as it makes traveling not only more engaging but also economical. Strangers also feel more approachable to connect with a couple of travelers.
