Firstly, these people have a broader real-world experience and that can provide us complete and comprehensive lessons. This is essential for improving our own skills and without proper teaching our learning will all went in a vein. Young ones compared to the older have so many bright ideas and future plans – but these are mostly hypothetical or in simpler words, these ideas are assumption-based not the hard facts. I too experienced this difference while I was pursuing my graduation. I wanted to start a software development firm with exceptionally detailed planning.
