Restaurants are the hub to socialize, try different cuisines, and hang out with friends. Though there are few old restaurants in the neighborhood they do not offer good quality food. Thus building a new one seems like a great idea. It will surely open doors to so many new job opportunities. There are many people with different skills but have no job. One of my cousins is an outstanding manager. She could definitely use the opportunity to work in a restaurant for the development of her career. I think commencing a new restaurant will be very beneficial for the people living in the neighborhood as it will increase their occupational status.

Besides the job opportunities, a new restaurant will bring a lot of entertainment and newness to the entire neighborhood. Since this is a small town and all the big, modern and happening restaurants are far away from us, having a new and contemporary style restaurant would be a plus point.

People here in the neighborhood live a very basic and boring life. Being from the young generation I want to live in an area where life is nothing less than a party. After a hectic day, I want to have the tastiest food and hang out with friends and family without traveling a huge distance. And the idea of a new restaurant gives me all the hopes.

The new restaurant will definitely improve the social life of the neighborhood. And it will give rise to so many new businesses, for example, theaters, shopping plazas, cafes, game zones, and more.

Everything has its pros and cons. Same with this proposal of building a new restaurant in the neighborhood. Even though it sounds like an interesting idea it will also bring some disadvantages with it. Traffic remains one of the greatest concerns. However, I feel this is a great idea as it will bring new opportunities for the people in the neighborhood.

Whenever something new builds up the traffic is automatically attracted. The neighborhood that I live in has very narrow streets and parking spaces on both sides making it more congested for the people to walk through. Now with the new construction, there will be more vehicles, more people coming into the neighborhood, which is definitely a disadvantage. There is already very little space for parking and if the restaurant has its own valet parking then it would be a lot worse.

Also, one more thing that concerns me is what type of customers this restaurant will bring into the neighborhood. If it is just for the family dining then there is no problem. But if it has bars or clubs then it may cause a lot of unnecessary issues. For instance, the bars will stay open till late at night, people may be drunk, it will not be safe to pass through that street at odd hours. I would never want such an environment for my neighborhood.

Regardless of all my concerns, I have to admit that the new restaurant will add a lot to the development of the neighborhood. The residents can use the job opportunities offered by the restaurant. Also, the traffic generated by the restaurant will give a boost to all the other local businesses. Customers coming from various neighborhoods will see how wonderful our area is. This will definitely attract more new residents to the neighborhood. Many residents have gone to live in the city or suburbs in the last few years so I think now we are ready to welcome new residents to our neighborhood. Though there are a lot of minor details to be considered, overall this is an amazing proposal. Therefore, I wholeheartedly support the idea of building a new restaurant in the neighborhood.
