Who Can Apply for DUIET Admission 2026?
BTech Eligibility
Candidates must have passed the 10+2 exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The minimum aggregate is 45%, or 40% for SC and ST candidates. A valid CEE Assam 2026 or JEE Main 2026 score is mandatory. Age must fall between 17 and 21 years on August 1, 2026.
MTech Eligibility
A BE or BTech degree with at least 60% marks is required. A CGPA of 6.5 out of 10 is also accepted. A valid GATE score is mandatory for the MTech intake. MCA and MSc graduates in CS, IT or Electronics may also apply. They must hold at least 55% aggregate in their qualifying degree.
Lateral Entry Route
A three-year engineering diploma allows lateral entry to the BTech third semester. The diploma needs 45% marks, or 40% for SC and ST students. BSc graduates with 45% aggregate and 10+2 Mathematics are also eligible for this route.

Applications are accepted only through the online portal at dibru.ac.in. Candidates open the admission page and register using a working email.
