Admission to several UG & PG Non-CET courses offered by DAVV are done on the basis of Written Test followed by Counseling. Whereas, admission to some of the UG and PG courses is done on the basis of Counseling.
DAVV Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates seeking admission into the UG courses offered at DAVV must satisfy the eligibility criteria.
- Candidates must have passed class 12th standard from any stream with a minimum of 45% marks to be eligible for UG courses inc
- Candidates must hold a graduation degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university to be eligible for admissions to PG courses such as MA, M.Sc., MA/M.Sc., MBA, MSW, M.L.I.Sc. at PG level.
- Candidates seeking admission to the M.Phil and Ph.D. Must have passed in master’s degree with minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university.
- Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from Universities other than Devi Ahilya University are required to submit an Eligibility Certificate issued by the university after admission.
DAVV Admission 2022: Selection Process
- Candidate's admission will be solely based on the merit - which will be prepared by the concerned department based on its own set criteria, it may be based on a qualifying examination or interview or any other mode/s or combination of modes. (Except B.P.E.S., M.P.Ed., B. Ed., & M. Ed).
- Selection for the PhD and MPhil courses is done on the basis of the DET entrance examination.
- Selection for most of the Non-CET courses is done on the basis of written tests and interviews followed by counselling.
DAVV Admission 2022: How to Apply?
Step 1: Visit the official application portal of DAVV @www.dauniv.ac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link saying Admission Link to obtain the online application form.
Step 3: Register yourself after filling in the required details, such as Mobile Number, Email Id etc.
Step 4: Now, log in with your registration credentials and fill in all details in the Application form.
Step 5: Pay the application fee of INR 750 and submit the Application form.
Step 6: Applicants must also take a printout of the form for all future needs.
