New Delhi: DAV University, Jalandhar is inviting applications for admission to its PhD program offered by the various departments for the academic session 2022-33. Interested candidates can now apply online till October 27, 2022. 

As per DAV University, the PhD program is offered by the faculty of Biological Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Physical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Earth & Environmental Sciences, and Humanities & Social Sciences. Interested students can head to the official portal at iisermohali.ac.in for registration.

To apply for DAV University Admissions 2022, the interested candidates must have a PG degree or an equivalent professional degree certified by UGC with a minimum of 55% score. A Relaxation of 5% is offered to the students of SC/ ST/ OBC-NC.

Applicants will have to go through an Interview round and sit for the PhD entrance examination that will be held on October 30, 2022, to qualify for the PhD program. 

Students to qualify UGC(NET/JRF)/ UGC-CSIR (JRF) examination/SLET/ GATE/INSPIRE/GPAT/ICAR-SRF (PGS)/ or any other fellowship/JEST/ or have passed M.Phil. from DAV University, Jalandhar and foreign candidates sponsored by ICCR or any other department of Government of India are exempted from the entrance exam.

Step 1: Visit the official website of the DAV University at davuniversity.org

Step 2: From the homepage, scroll down and select “Registration open for Ph.D Admission 2022-23” and select “Registration Form” to register

Step 3: Fill in the details accurately, and attach the documents per the requirement and pay the fee.

Step 4: Download & Submit the application form with the documents to the registrar on or before October 27, 2022, to complete the DAV University PhD Admission 2023 process.
