Dr. Shashwat Katiyar and Dr. Saurab Mishra of CSJM University has designed the mask with a face shield keeping in view the prevailing situation.
The mask has been in the lab and a prototype of the mask has been provided to a Lucknow based company for mass manufacturing.
The filter mask is designed in a way to protect eyes, nose, and mouth from contracting all viruses including coronavirus.
Dr. Saurab Mishra told the reporters that in the prevention of Coronavirus, the Hepa filter is much better than KN-95 masks.
