New Delhi: Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD) has successfully concluded the admission 2022 for undergraduate courses with over 29,000 applications.
Similar to Delhi University, AUD has also seen a decreased number of applications this year. Last year, approximately 32,000 candidates had completed registrations for admissions to AUD.
The varsity while speaking about the fall in registration numbers, said that this is even when more than 3 lakh candidates had indicated AUD as one of their preferred universities while filling out their Common University Entrance Test (CUET) forms with the National Testing Agency (NTA).
From this year, AUD Admission will be based on CUET UG 2022 Scores and no cut-off marks will be released by the university. Admission to 18 courses is open through CUET score.
The first merit list for UG admissions will be declared on the official website of the university on October 18, 2022. There will be separate merit lists for every subject.
In case of a tie, the marks of the best four subjects in Class XII will be considered. If a tie persists, the age of the candidates will be considered and the older candidate will be given preference.
