New Delhi: Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is all set to start the admission process for the MBA programme through the Amrita MBA Entrance Test (AMET) 2023. The registration for the same is scheduled to commence from October 1, 2022.

According to the notice from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, AMET 2023 is scheduled to be held tentatively by the first week of March 2023.

Interested candidates can register for the AMET 2023 from October 1, 2022 onwards. This year, the AMET 2023 will be conducted on the national level in more than 40 cities.

Candidates who will appear for AMET 2023 for Amrita MBA can avail up to 100% scholarship based on the marks obtained by them in the examination. 

Apart from AMET 2023, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham also accepts the scores of CAT 2022, MAT 2022 & 2023, XAT, CMAT & NMAT for admissions to the Amrita MBA programme. 

AMET 2023 will be conducted for Amrita School of Business at Amaravati, Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Coimbatore and Kochi.

AMET 2023: Eligibility Criteria 

Candidates seeking admission to the MBA programme will have to appear for the AMET 2023, for which they should meet the eligibility criteria mentioned below. 

• Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree of (10+2+3 Pattern), recognized by AIU (Association of Indian Universities)
• They should have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate in 10th, 12th and UG. 
• Students in their final year can apply with the last completed semester results.
• Any one of the valid test scores of Rank in Amrita MET / CAT / XAT / MAT / CMAT / GMAT / GRE. Candidates appearing for these tests can apply with the test registration number. 

AMET 2023: Selection Process 

• Candidate's selection will be based on best score secured in Amrita MBA Entrance Test A-MET-2023 or valid test score of CAT/ MAT/CMAT/GMAT/XAT/GRE/KMAT
• Candidates are short-listed for Personal Interview (PI), based on their academic and test score and will be informed about the PI date by email and SMS. 

AMET 2023: Exam Pattern

Candidates applying for AMET 2023 can go through the AMET exam pattern and syllabus for better preparation.

It should be noted that 3 marks will be awarded for every correct answer whereas for every incorrect response one mark will be deducted as negative marking.

AMET 2023: How to Apply?

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham @amrita.edu.

Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee of INR 850 and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
