New Delhi: Amity University, Mumbai has decided to accept the students for admission into its law undergraduate programs such as BA LLB (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons) and BCom LLB (Hons), based on the Law School Admission Test (LSAT) India scores.
Accredited by the Bar Council of India (BCI), the Amity Law School, ALS Mumbai offers various law courses across different domains for both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
The law school trains the law aspirants in both the conventional areas and emerging areas including Social Justice, Intellectual Property, Environmental Law, and Human Rights by establishing the moot court, mock trials, mentor-mentee program and more to prepare the students for the legal Lawyer profession.
The school will conduct the admission for its undergraduate courses like BA LLB (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons) and BCom LLB (Hons) based on the candidate’s academic performance and LSAT India scores from this academic year 2022-23 onwards.
Speaking about the decision, Dr AWS Kumar, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Amity University Mumbai said that law has emerged as a good career option and that a huge number of students are interested in pursuing a law degree.
Like the LSAT, India exam is one of the most student friendly exams and the administration of LSAT—India would provide more flexibility to students this year.

According to the reports, Kumar said that the proactiveness of LSAC to administer LSAT—India in an online proctored format amidst these testing times show their inclination towards children who intend to make a career in the field of law.
Yusuf Abdul-Kareem, Vice President, LSAC said that the law school is looking forward to its new alliance partner who have revolutionized the education implementation in the country.
Amity University has a vast student base and can accommodate a large number of students who are willing to make a career in the law field. Thus, the school is aiming to expand its alliance partnership with more universities in India in the near future, Kareem concluded.
