New Delhi: AIL LET (Army Institute of Law Law Entrance Test) 2023 Application Form is now available on the official website i.e., ail.ac.in/. Interested candidates can apply before the last date, without any late fee.

The AIL LET 2023 exam is conducted to provide admissions to BA LLB, LLM courses at Army Institute of Law Mohali.

The Army Institute of Law offers 100 seats in BA LLB and 15 seats in LLM program. The seats are distributed under various categories, but a majority of seats are offered to the wards of Army Personnel.

The eligibility criteria for AIL LET 2023 for different courses have been listed below for reference: 

For BA LLB (5 Years) course:

• Only Indian National candidates are eligible to apply.
• The candidates should have completed Higher Secondary School with at least 45% marks in aggregate.
• The school from which the candidate completes his/her class 12th must be affiliated to any central or state board of education.

For LLM:

• Candidates must hold an LLB degree with at least 55% marks in aggregate.
• The university/college from which the candidate obtains their bachelor’s degree must be approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

AIL LET 2023: How to Apply?

Any candidate who wishes to appear in the AIL LET 2023 needs to first fill up the application form. The application form for AIL LET 2023 is now available to the applicants in online mode. Here is the step-by-step procedure to fill the AIL LET 2023 application form:

Step 1: Click on the official application link of AIL LET 2023 (ail.ac.in/).

Step 2: Get registered by entering your name, phone number, date of birth, email id, and other basic details. Upon successful registration, a registration number will be generated.

Step 3: Log in to the newly created account to continue the process of application form-filling. There will be sections like academic, personal and contact details, which have to be filled carefully.

Step 4: Upload passport size photograph, signature, and other mandatory documents. The size of documents to be uploaded must be – passport-size photos (<120 Kb), army category certificates (<1.5 MB), documents (<1.5 MB)

Step 5: Pay the application fee of INR 3,000/-.
