Visa Process for International Students

Rotterdam School of Management Undergraduate Admissions

The Rotterdam School of Management offers internationally oriented bachelor programs. Two challenging three-year programs offered by the business school include: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration which is offered in Dutch language and Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration offered in the English language.

Both these programs combine independent research projects and broad academic grounding with real-world experience.

Where to apply: The students are required to register in the Dutch national student registration system Studielink. After registration for the bachelor program in Studielink, the application process must be continued in the Rotterdam School of Management Online Application Form (OLAF).

Application Deadline: Students are required to complete their registration with Studielink by January 15 and their online application form (OLAF) by January 31.

Admission Requirements: The admission requirements for Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration are :

  • A sufficient GPA equivalent to an acceptable Dutch grading system
  • A sufficient level and grade for mathematics. Applicants lacking sufficient level and grade for mathematics are required to take the IBA mathematics exam to qualify for the program.

Rotterdam School of Management Graduate Admissions

The Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University offers specialized master programs to meet the growing needs of the business world. The programs are offered in the field of finance, accounting, marketing, human resource, etc.

Where to apply: The students are required to register for a master's program in the Dutch national student registration system Studielink. Within 24 hours of successful registration for the program, the applicants will receive a link to the Rotterdam School of Management Online Application Form (OLAF).

MBA applicants are required to register through Embark. The applicants can register via Embark and can provide the necessary documents needed for the assessment of the application.

Application Deadlines: The application deadline for MSc programs for non EEA applicants is April 1. 

The admissions for MBA at RSM are open round the year. Since the interviews and evaluations happen in rounds, applicants can submit their application by one of the following dates:
