The programme requires the completion of 40 credit hours, which are divided into core, specialization and elective courses and a dissertation. In this programme students are exposed to issues related to Islamic aqidah, analytical study of other religions from the perspective of Islam and contemporary issues affecting the Muslim society.
It meets the needs of global importance such as providing proper understanding of the worldview of Islam and those of other religions which can aid in the endeavours to promote global peace and harmony.
