IULM has a vibrant campus in Via Carlo Bo which is harmoniously connected to Milan's architectural legacy on the outside with pink bricks and encircled by a porticoed courtyard.

IULM University Accommodation
International students can choose from 14 residential halls reserved for them at IULM. The residential halls have double rooms of 20 square meters.
- The accommodation halls are well equipped with a private bathroom, 2 single beds, 2 wardrobes, 2 desks, a shelf and a satellite tv.
- The units also have common areas with TV set, computer room with Wifi connection and Launderette.
- The rent of the rooms is 400 EUR per month along with a deposit of 500 EUR.
- The accommodation application must be submitted for the full academic year before 16 to 30 June.
- The applicant must pay the sum of €500 (deposit) within one week after obtaining confirmation of availability from the IULM Mobility Office in order to secure the reservation. The first 14 reservations will be awarded seats.
