    Details on WB JECA 2023 Admit Card

    After successfully downloading the admit card, candidates will be required to check all the details given on the WB JECA 2023 Admit Card carefully. The following details will be visible on the admit card:

    • Name of the candidate
    • Date of birth
    • Photograph of candidate
    • Signature of candidate
    • WBJEE 2023 Enrollment or application number
    • Date of WBJEE 2023
    • Time of entrance examination

    Documents required along with the WBJEE 2023 Admit Card/ Hall Ticket

    • A valid original photo ID proof like Aadhaar Card, PAN card, ID card from School or College, Passport, Voter ID, and 10th standard admit card.
    • A colored recent passport size photograph (same as the one uploaded in WBJEE 2023 application form)

    Documents Required on Exam Day

    Candidates must carry at least one of the following photo-bearing identity proofs along with WB JECA admit card. Failure to produce any of these documents may disqualify the candidate from appearing in the exam.

    WB JECA Duplicate Admit Card

    WBJEE Duplicate Admit Card Candidates should retain the WBJEE admit card till the end of the admission process. Hence, aspirants are advised to save the soft copy of the admit card. Students can generate duplicate admit cards on their own till the date of examination. If a candidate needs a duplicate admit card after the examination, the board will provide it. In order to get the duplicate WBJEE admit card, candidates need to pay a processing fee of INR 500. The amount can be paid through bank draft in the name of ''West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board'' payable in Kolkata.

    Guidelines for WBJECA 2023 Admit Card

    WB JECA 2023 aspirants are advised to go through the following instructions regarding admit card:

    • Candidates have to carry a printed hard copy of the admit card to the examination center.
    • WB JECA Board has made it clear that if an admit card is mutilated, distorted, or soiled, it will not be accepted inside the exam center. Candidates carrying damaged admit card will not be allowed to appear for the exam. 
    • Candidates are advised to retain admit cards carefully in a secured place and in undamaged condition for future purposes as admit cards cannot be generated after the examination.
    • WBJEEB (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board) does not verify the information provided by the candidate during the filling of online application. Admit cards will be issued only to those candidates who appear prima facie eligible. They shall be provisionally permitted to sit for WBJECA 2023
    • The Center invigilator will verify all the information of the candidate on exam day. Candidates without admit card will not be allowed entry in the hall.
    • Verification of certificates will be done during counseling/admission by concerned authorities. If at any stage after examination, it is found upon scrutiny that the applicant is ineligible, his/her candidature will be canceled even if she/he has appeared in and secured a merit rank.
    • Appearing in the examination and securing a rank in the WBJECA 2023 does not guarantee admission to the university.

    WB JECA 2023 Exam Day Guidelines

    • Candidates are advised to reach their center atleast half an hour before the gates open.
    • Electronic devices such as docu-pen, mobile phones, calculators, log tables, electronic gadgets with a network interface, etc are strictly prohibited under the exam hall.
    • Candidates can only use the black or blue point ball pen provided at the exam center.
    • Hand Watches or any other watches are not allowed inside the exam center.
    • Candidates are required to have their WB JECA 2023 Admit Card and valid identity proof to get entry inside the exam hall.
    • Signature and photograph of the candidate on the WBJECA 2023 Admit Card should be clear and legible.
    • Candidates will not be allowed to leave the exam venue before the conclusion of the exam.
    • Guardians, parents, or friends accompanying the candidate won’t be allowed inside the premises of the exam center.

    Ques. Can I apply for WBJECA 2023 in offline mode?

    Ans: No. You can not apply for WB JECA exam in offline mode. Any hard copies regarding WBJECA application form will be rejected.

    Ques. I made a mistake in my WBJECA 2023 application. Can I fill a new form?

    Ans: Yes, if candidates have made a mistake in filling WB JECA 2023 Application Form window, then they can edit it during application form correction window from February 2, 2023 to February 3, 2023.

    Ques. How can I check if there is any discrepancy in my photo or signature and how to rectify it?

    Ans: If any candidate receives any SMS/ e-mail regarding any discrepancy in the photograph/ signature uploaded by them, they must take corrective action immediately.

    Ques. What documents should I carry to the WB JECA 2023 exam center?

    Ans: A hard copy of the admit card of WB JECA 2023, a copy of colored photographs uploaded during the online application, and any photo identity card in original such as Aadhar card/ pan card/ passport/ voter card/ 10th standard admit card/ school/ college ID card.

    Ans: Candidates are not allowed to carry any written or printed material, calculator,docu-pen, log table, any communication device like mobile phones, etc. inside the WB JECA 2023 exam hall.

    Ans: In such a scenario, candidates may request the authorities to re-allot as per his/her choice. However, the final decision will be taken by the exam authorities. WBJEEB will attempt to allot candidates exam centers of their first choice. However any request for change of examination center once allloted will not be entertained.

    Ans: No, the candidates should sign on the WB JECA 2023 Admit Card inside the exam hall, in presence of the invigilator only.
