    TS PGECET Application Form 2023 (Out): Check Dates, Form Correction, Fees, and Process

    As per TS PEGECT 2023 Eligibility CriteriaCandidates should score at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination (45% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) to apply for the exam. Candidates are required to upload a local status certificate, income certificate, caste certificate, hall ticket of qualifying examination, and receipt form from the TS/AP Online Center while filing TS PGECET 2023 Application Form.

      ​​How to fill TS PGECET 2023 Application Form?

      TS PGECET 2023 Application Form could be filled via online mode only. The detailed procedure for completing TS PGECET Application Form 2023 is mentioned below:

      • Visit the official website of PGECET i.e. pgecet.tsche.ac.in
      • Click on ‘Application Fee Payment’ under application section.
      • Start filling in the details and proceed to the next steps.

      Step 1: Application Fee Payment

      Before filing TS PGECET 2023 Application Form, candidates must pay the application fee as per their category.

      • Click on ‘Application Fee Payment’ tab. 
      • The following ‘Payment Verification’ page will appear.
      • Fill in all the detailed in the respective fields.
      • Click on ‘Proceed to Payment’.
      • Select ‘Payment through Credit/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.
      • Select card type (VISA or MasterCard or Maestro).
      • Enter all the card detailed required and Make a payment.

      Step 2: Know your Payment Status

      After completion of Fee payment, there was a provision to check the status of your payment.

      • Click on ‘Staus of Payment’ tab
      • Enter Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket No. and Mobile No.
      • Click on ‘Check Payment Status’ button
      • The following screen would have appeared indicating the status of your payment:

      After successful fee payment, candidates had two options:

      1. Fill in TS PGECET Application Form
      2. Fill in TS PGECET Application Form at a later date

      Step 3: Filling TS PGECET 2023 Application Form

      Under this step, there were two major steps one needs to do namely Filling Details and Scanning and Uploading of Documents.

      • Click on ‘Fill Application Form’.
      • Enter all the mandatory detailed in the respective fields and click on ‘Preview/ Submit’ tab.
      • The details that needed to be provided are as follows:
        • Candidate details – Name, father & mother name, DOB, Gender, Aadhaar Card No, Birth state, Special Reservation Category etc.
        • Address Details – house no., locality, city, district, State, Pin Code, Mobile No., Email ID etc.
        • Qualifying Examination – Qualifying degree, Specialisation degree, Hall Ticket no. of the qualifying exam, year of passing etc.
      • Details of Common Entrance Test (CET) – Select two regional test centers preference.
      • Scanning and Uploading of Photo and Signature. They are tabulated below:

      Step 4: Print Application Form

      In this step, if a candidate wished to take a print out of the form, he/ she could visit pgecet.tsche.ac.in (Home Page) and click on ‘Print your Filled in Application Form’ tab. Enter the following particulars:

      • Payment Reference ID
      • Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket No.
      • Mobile No.

      Form Correction 2023

      TS PGECET 2023 Form Correction

      The facility to make corrections in your form will be provided to the candidates in the month of June 2023. Only those candidates who submit the form successfully could request corrections. 

      • During TS PGECET 2023 Form Correction window, candidates can log in using their registration number, payment reference id, qualifying exam hall ticket number, mobile number, and date of birth.
      • After making the required changes, candidates must click on the save button. Information entered during TS PGECET 2023 Registration can be modified during the Form Correction Window.

      TS PGECET 2023 Important Instructions 

      It was essential to follow some basic instructions before filling the application form of TS PGECET. The form must be filled accurately and correctly. Hence, refer to these guidelines below:

      • Make sure the information you provide was true and correct. Forms with incorrect information will be rejected. 
      • Do not divulge security question and password to anyone and use it for all future logins.
      • While uploading documents and images, adhere to the specified format and size. Forms with poorly scanned images will be rejected.
      • Make sure your signature was not in CAPITAL letters. Upload your signature in running handwriting.
      • Be careful in choosing your district and exam zone. 
      • Candidates applying through quotas must provide all relevant documents at the time of document verification.
      • Keep a copy of the confirmation page once you have filled the form.

Also, authorities of PGECET provides the facility to make corrections in the online form during TS PGECET 2023 Application Form Correction window.

      Ques. Do I have to upload my caste certificate online at the time of filling TS PGECET 2023 Application Form?

      Ans. No, you do not have to upload the scanned copy of the document while filing TS PGECET 2023 Application Form. However, candidates should ensure that they carry a copy of the same in the examination center. This will be checked at the test center.

      Ques. I have a credit card of OBC Bank. Can I make TS PGECET 2023 Application Fees payment using the same credit card?

      Ans. Yes, the candidate can use the card (Debit/ Credit/ Net Banking) of any bank, provided the card type is VISA/ MasterCard or Maestro for TS PGECET Application 2023 Fees Payment.

      Ques. Will I be notified about the success of TS PGECET Application Fee payment?

      Ans. Yes, the confirmation of successful payment of Registration fee is shown with the ‘Transaction is successful’ item in the below web page ‘Payment Status’ along with ‘Payment ID’.

      Ques. My account has been debited and the website got disconnected before the payment receipt for TS PGECET registration. What should I do now?

      Ans. In this case, it is advisable to immediately check your Payment Status using the ‘Payment Status’ option available at the home page of  TS PGECET. If you get a message ‘Payment Details Not Found’, make a fresh payment and the amount for the failed transaction will be refunded to your debited bank account in 5 working days.
