TOEIC 2021 Registration Form, Schedule and Fee

ETS conducts TOEIC  test 12 times a year in US and Canada officially. Aspirants must register for the test via online or by mail registration before the application deadline.

  • The registration deadline is upto 5 PM on Thursdays of the preceding weeks of the test days.

  • Applicant will be to pay a registration fees of about USD 85 depending on the country.

  • Any aspirant who knows basics of English can register for the test. There is no specified eligibilty by ETS. Check TOEIC Format and Content

  • Candidates must keep a scanned digital photograph ready at the time of registration.

TOEIC Registration Schedule 2021

TOEIC is conducted via two mode of sessions – Public Test Sessions which are the official dates for US and Canada and Institutional Test Sessions which are offered by language schools or other organizations round the year.

  • ETS conducts TOEIC test officially 12 times a year in USA and Canada.

  • Test takers from India and countries other than US and Canada can contact their local ETS Preferred Network (EPN) Offices for available test dates and centers.

  • If there are no EPN office in your country you can request information online and ETS will arrange the test nearby to your location.

  • The registration deadline for the Public Testing Sessions is upto 5 PM on Thursdays of the preceding weeks of the test days. For instance, if the preferred test day is Saturday, November 13, 2021(tentatively) then applicant must register before 5:00 PM on Thursday, November 4, 2021(tentatively).

TOEIC Eligibility

Any person who is able to read, write, speak and understand basic English can take the test to obtain a globally acknowledged score for academic or professional purpose.

  • There is no age limit to appear for the test.

  • ETS does not require any minimum educational qualification.

How to Register for TOEIC 2021?

Registration for TOEIC can be done through any of the two modes – online Registration or Registration by mail. Candidates will be required to visit the official website – ets.org to register using any method.

Register Online

The registration can be done online by following four simple steps mentioned below:

  • Step 1- Online Form Filling

  • Step 2 – Photo Uploadation

  • Step 3 – Fee Payment

  • Step 4 – Receipt Printing

The steps are breifly explained below for the convenience of aspirants:

Step 1:- Fill the Online Form

  • Applicants have to visit the official website and click on “Apply Now”.

  • They will have to fill the important details asked in the registration form such as background information, name, address and academic details.

  • Candidates also have to choose a test day and test center from the drop down option and reserve a seat of their choice.

Step 2:- Uploading Photo

  • A colored, recent digital/scanned photo of the candidate will be to be uploaded at the time of registering online.

  • It should be clicked directly facing the camera under good lighting.

  • Candidates should not wear sunglasses, caps or any head wears that can cover the face.

  • The photo must be less than 5 MB in size.

  • It should be in JPEG format.

Step 3:- Payment of Registration Fee

  • The registration fee can be paid via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or JCB.

  • The fees depends on test centers and nationality, you can expect to USD 85 per component (Speaking and Writing/ Listening and Reading).

Step 4:- Download and Save Receipt

  • A system generated receipt will be popped up once the fee is successfully paid and registration is confirmed.

  • The receipt must be saved by the registrants for further reference.

  • The admission ticket will be emailed to the applicants.

  • Admission ticket will be containg the test name, test date, test center, candidate photo and signature.

Registration by Mail

Candidates can register by mail by following the below steps:

  • Visit the registration page.

  • Fill the application form

  • Print and mail the form along with check or money order to the specified address.

TOEIC Registration Fees

The Registration Fees depends on the registrants country, exam center and conducting body – ETS or its institutional partners/language schools and number of tests. The approximate registration fees for the tests have been tabulated below:
