PESSAT 2022 Exam Pattern, Marking Scheme, Syllabus
PESSAT 2022, designated as Peoples Education Society Scholastic Aptitude Test 2022 is an entrance test conducted by PES University, Bangalore. Through PESSAT 2022 candidates can get admission into B.Tech, along with various other courses being offered by PES University. Check PESSAT Participating Colleges
- PESSAT 2022 Exam Pattern mainly comprise 120-180 questions depending upon the course

PESSAT will be conducted in the first week of May, 2022 for all courses. It is an online exam, except for B.Des Degree, which is a pen and paper based test.

PESSAT 2022 Marking Scheme
PESSAT 2022 marking scheme is very simple and is under the discretion of PESSAT University, Bangalore. Let’s look at some key details about the marking scheme of PESSAT 2022:
- Candidate is awarded one mark for every correct answer given.
- Candidate is awarded zero marks for every incorrect answer, which simply means that there is no negative marking for a wrong question.
- Leaving or not attempting a question will also not lead to any deduction of marks.
- On the basic of performance in test, candidates will be awarded ranks which will become one of the bases for admission.
PESSAT 2022 Syllabus
Syllabus for PESSAT 2022 is set by PES University and can change from year to year. Syllabus for PESSAT varies according to the course a candidate is opting for.
Currently PES University conducts 7 types of PESSAT 2022 tests as per their different courses. The syllabus and duration varies according to the course for which the test is being conducted.

Important Instructions
Here are some things about PESSAT 2022 exam that a candidate should keep in mind:
- Candidate can take PESSAT 2022 only once.
- Candidates should not carry any pen, pencil or paper as all these things will be provided inside the exam hall.
- Before starting the exam, instructions will appear on the computer screen. Candidates are advised to read these carefully so that they can know how to operate the exam.
- In case candidate has any issues with the computer provided, he/she should immediately contact the invigilator.
- Since there is no negative marking in PESSAT 2022, candidates are advised to attempt as many questions as they can.
- Candidates must carry at least one photo id proof along with the hall ticket to be able to appear in PESSAT 2022.
