STATE LEVEL ONLINE TEST
KEAM Exam Pattern 2023 will be made available on the official website i.e., www.cee-kerala.org. The CEE Kerala is considering holding KEAM 2023 in a Computer-based test mode. It specifies the number of questions, marking scheme, mode of the exam, duration of the exam, etc. By taking the help of KEAM 2023 Exam Pattern, candidates will be able to get an idea about the basic intricacies of KEAM 2023.

KEAM 2023 Question Paper will have four versions. Details of the Question Booklet layout are given below:
Paper 1 – Physics and Chemistry | Versions: A1, A2, A3, and A4
Paper 2 – Mathematics | Versions: B1, B2, B3, and B4
The question paper will be given in the form of a question booklet. It will be provided before the actual time prescribed for the commencement of KEAM, in order to help in understanding the instructions to be followed.
KEAM 2023 Question Paper consists of 2 papers- Paper I and Paper II scheduled to be conducted on 2 consecutive days.

Aspirants must know the marking scheme in order to decide how to attempt the questions in the entrance exam.
In case of a tie between the scores of two or more candidates, the following criteria will be applied to select the candidate with the higher rank:

KEAM 2023 Syllabus is based on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics of Higher Secondary Level (10+2) or equivalent exam. The entire syllabus for the test will be given in the prospectus available on the official website. Questions will be advanced in level and will require the application of the candidate’s knowledge so as to select the best students.

Applicants must ensure that they follow some rules and regulations to maintain the decorum of the exam hall and to ensure that the examination proceeds properly.
Ques. Is there any negative marking in KEAM 2023?
Ans. As per KEAM Marking scheme 2023, 4 marks will be added for every correct response, and 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect response. There will be no negative marking for unattempted questions. However, if any changes are made in the marking scheme for KEAM 2023, it will be updated here.

Ques. What is the sectional weightage in KEAM 2023?
Ans. Paper 1, which has both Physics and Chemistry will have a total of 120 marks allotted to it, divided equally among both subjects. Paper 2, which only has Maths in it will have a total of 120 marks allotted to it. Thus, Maths carries double the weightage of either Physics or Chemistry in KEAM 2023.
Ques. What is the most important chapter in maths for KEAM 2023?
Ans. The exact weightage of questions in KEAM 2023 from chapters differs from year to year. However, chapters like Differential and Integral Calculus are always very important as they are basic chapters that feed into a lot of other domains of not just the Maths paper, but also the other papers.
