    IISER Application Form 2023 (Out), Last Date, Registration Link, Fees, Eligibility Criteria

    IISER 2023 Application Form is now released on the official website iiseradmission.in. The last date to fill IISER 2023 application form is May 25, 2023. IISER 2023 application fee is INR 2000 for General categories/OBC candidates. IISER 2023 Application fee for SC/ST/PwD is INR 2000.

    IISER will provide an opportunity to correct errors in the submitted form from May 28 (11 am) to 29 (5 pm). IISER 2023 will be conducted on June 17, 2023.

    The eligible candidates can take admissions through various channels like KVPY, JEE Advanced of IIT, and SCB. Those who will seek admission through the SCB channel will have to appear for IAT 2023.

    How to fill IISER 2023 Application form?

    IISER 2023 Application Process should be completed by following some steps mentioned below.

    Step1: Registration Process

    • Visit the official website of IISER at http://www.iiseradmission.in/
    • Visit the admission portal
    • Enter all the required information such as the name of the candidate, a valid mail ID, and a password
    • Click on the “Sign Up” button
    • Receive a link via registered mail ID and verify the account

    Step 2: Application Form Fill Up Process

    • Login to the site using credential
    • Fill up the application form with all the personal and academic details
    • Enter the preferred exam center and campus
    • Submit the application form

    Step 3: Documents Uploading Process

    • Upload a scanned recent colored passport size photograph with correct resolution i.e not more than 200 KB and in .jpg or .jpeg format
    • Upload a scanned signature with the correct format as mentioned in the above line

    Step 4: Application Fee Payment Process

    • Go to the payment page and select the payment mode from Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking
    • Pay the application fee of INR 2000 for general and OBC – NC candidates and INR 1000 for SC/ST/Kashmiri Migrants/PwD candidate
    • Take the printout of the payment slip and the application form

    Note: Applicants can apply for more than one stream with a different application form and by paying the separate application fee.

    IISER Eligibility

    IISER 2023 Eligibility Criteria 

    All the aspirants need to satisfy the basic eligibility criteria to apply for the entrance examination otherwise their candidature will be canceled. Some basic IISER eligibility criteria are given below.

    For KVPY and SCB

    • Candidates of Indian National or (OCI) Overseas Citizenship of India can take part in the application process
    • Applicants must pass the higher secondary examination from the state or national board.
    • For the KVPY channel, the applicant must have a valid fellowship and should obtain the basic cut off marks
    • For JEE channel, the candidate should pass JEE advanced exam and must have a rank within 10,000
    • For the SCB channel, candidates need to qualify for higher secondary examinations with the science stream
    • Under the SCB channel, the applicant from the reserved category must secure 55% of marks in aggregate on the other hand 5% relaxation will be given to the candidate from OBC-NC and PWD categories.

    For Admissions Through JEE Advanced Scores

    • Candidates must have undertaken the current year’s JEE Advanced Examination. 
    • Candidates must have secured a rank equal to or below 15000 in JEE Advance Common Rank List for the General Category
    • Candidates must have secured a rank equal to or below 15000 in their respective category (SC/ST/OBC) JEE Advance Rank List 
    • General candidates must score at least 60% aggregate marks in their 10+2 Examinations
    • OBC/SC/ST candidates must score 55% marks in their 10+2 Examinations
