How to download IBSAT 2022 Admit Card?

The candidate can download IBSAT 2022 Admit Card from the university's official portal. The steps to download IBSAT admit cards are given below:

• Visit the official website of IBSAT.
• Click the ‘Download Admit Card’ link.
• Enter your IBSAT registration number, password/ DOB, and click on Submit.
• Once the details are inserted, candidates will have to pick a slot for their exam and their choice of test center alongside the required date and time. Once a slot is booked, changes cannot be made to both the test center or exam date choice.
• Save and download your IBSAT Hall Ticket.
• Check the details present in the document.

Discrepancy in IBSAT 2022 Admit Card 

Immediately after downloading IBSAT 2022 Admit Card, candidates must verify all the information printed on the Admit Card thoroughly. In case there is a mismatch of information or if there is any discrepancy of any sort, candidates must immediately report the discrepancy to the authorities. Documents to Carry with IBSAT Hall Ticket

Along with IBSAT Admit Card 2022, candidates need to carry any one of the below-mentioned photo ID proofs for verification at the test center. Candidates failing to carry the ID card or IBSAT hall ticket will not be allowed to sit for the test. The accepted ID proofs are:

• Aadhar Card
• PAN Card
• Voter ID Card
• Passport
• College ID Card
• Permanent Driving Licence (Learner’s license will be considered valid)

IBSAT 2022 Slot Booking

Candidates can select a slot before downloading the admit cards. In this, it is necessary to book the exam date and test center slot. IBSAT Admit Card will be issued accordingly with these details mentioned therein.

• The ‘Slot Booking’ link has been activated on Nov 5.
• Candidates must select the date & time on which they want to appear for the exam and also the test venue as per their convenience.
• Also, candidates have to select the program for which they are applying and the slot for IBSAT selection procedure.

IBSAT 2022 Exam Day Instructions

Listed below are the rules and regulations issued by the coordinating body that test takers must abide by. Failing to do so will hamper the candidate’s future candidature.

• Reach the examination center 1 hour prior to the commencement of the exam.
• Since test-takers will not be allowed to appear in the exam unless they clear the thumbprint or finger scanning, it is advised that one should avoid putting any mehndi or cosmetic color on their hands.
• Entry into the examination hall will be allowed 30 minutes before the examination.
• It is advised to take your respective seats 15 minutes prior to the exam to get all the instructions from the invigilator.
• Candidates not carrying a copy of the admit card will be prohibited from entering the exam hall.
• Candidates will not be allowed to leave the examination center before the conclusion of IBSAT 2022 exam.
• No extra sheets, pages, rough sheets will be allowed with the candidate in the examination hall.
• Parents, relatives, and friends will not be allowed inside the examination center.
• Any conversation or misbehavior in the examination hall will lead to the cancellation of the exam.

COVID-19 Guidelines

Candidates must ensure that they follow all the below-mentioned COVID-19 guidelines at the test centers for everyone’s safety:

• Sanitize your hands at regular intervals. 
• Wear a mask throughout the exam
• Cooperate with the staff and do not create any troubles.
• Carry a water bottle that does not have any labels.
• Follow all the social distancing norms as instructed at the test center.

Items Prohibited at IBSAT Exam Centers

Candidates will not be allowed to carry the following items to the test center;

• Calculators, slide rules, log tables, and electronic watches with facilities of calculators.
• Laptops, speakers, personal stereo systems, earphones, bluetooth devices
• Walkie-talkie sets, paging devices, mobile phones.
• Beverages, snacks, or any drinking item are also prohibited inside the examination hall.
