Course Structure:
The course is of one year and is divided into two semesters. The course is structured in such a way that the students are able to get an in depth knowledge of the specialization of Intellectual Property and Trade laws.
The course is a combination of classroom teaching, seminar and a research based dissertation which every student is compulsorily required to fulfill in order to be able to graduate with the LLM Degree.

Along with the above mentioned syllabi, the students are also required to submit a dissertation during their second semester to test their analytical skills and develop skills as a researcher. Also, by the end of the second semester, the students are required to participate in the seminar and the practical. On successful completion of these courses and the researching, the student is awarded with a LLM Degree in Intellectual Property and Trade Law.
