Candidate seeking admission to Swiss Professional Diploma by EHL course must have cleared 12^th Standard from a recognized board in India with minimum 50% marks in English Language.

The programme has been curated by EHL School of Hospitality and conducted at ITC Grand Chola from Day 1, which lets the students to learn from the industry and experience of working at ITC. 

• Course fee : 3,54,000/- + GST
• Total Seats : 50 per hotel
• Program Duration: The duration of an independent VET by EHL Certificate is six months. The duration of VET by EHL Professional Diploma is 18 months and comprises of 3 individual certificate levels, namely: Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced. Each certificate level builds skills on top of the previous and culminates into a Professional Diploma.

Certificates

• Foundation: In this first certificate, students will acquire the basic skills required to be operational in a professional kitchen. The skills learned will be reinforced and applied during the On-the-Job experience.
• Intermediate: After having acquired the skills to operate independently in the kitchen, students will be exposed to different types of cuisine and kitchen operations. The skills learned will be reinforced and applied during the On-the-Job experience.
• Advanced: Following 1-year of studies or combined with previous professional experience, students will focus on advanced culinary and kitchen management skills. To complete the program, the skills learned will be reinforced and applied during the On-the-Job experience.
