- Fill the application form with required details
- The duly filled form should be submitted with a Demand Draft of INR 1200 (Application fee) to the registrar of Forensic Sciences University
- Candidates who have passed qualifying examination from other than Gujarat Forensic Sciences University are required to obtain eligibility certificate from GFSU with a fee of INR 500/-
- Application fee can be paid in cash at the university or by NEFT/RTGS
IRD GFSU offers M.S programs in various specializations. The candidates must have a bachelor’s degree to get admission to these courses. Integrated PhD and MS courses are also available in Forensic Pharmacy and Forensic Nanotechnology.

- For M.S in Forensic Pharmacy, eligibility is B.Pharm degree with 55% marks
- For M.S in Forensic Nanotechnology, eligibility is Bachelor's degree in any discipline of Science/ Medicine/ Engineering/ Pharmacy with minimum 55% marks
- For M.S in Chemistry, eligibility is B.Sc. in chemistry with 55% marks
- For M.S in Environmental Science and Environmental Management the candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of Science (except mathematics and statistics), Medicine, Pharmacy, Environmental Science, Civil / Chemical / Environmental engineering with minimum 55% marks

- The admission is based on the entrance test conducted by the institute. Students who qualify in the merit list will be given admission.
