Aspirants seeking admission to 5.5 years Full-time M.B.B.S. Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.
Academic Requirement:
- The candidates should be Indian Nationals and should satisfy Local, Non-Local status requirement as laid down in the Telangana Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order.
- Applicant should be supported financially by an NRI who must be a blood relative such as father/mother/brother/sister/uncle/aunt only.
- The candidate should pass two years intermediate examination (10+2) pattern or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology and English. Candidates should obtain a minimum of 50% marks in science subjects.
Age Limit:
- Candidates should have completed the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission and shall not have completed 21 years of age as on the 1st July of that respective academic year.
Entrance Exam:
- Admission is done through NEET.
The MBBS course is a four and half year followed by one year compulsory rotatory residential internship. The lasting 12-month internship includes short courses in community health, medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, child health, orthopaedics, emergency medicine and various specialties. The College offers MBBS -Under Graduate Course with a total intake of 150 seats every year.

Selection Criteria
- Candidates aspiring to take admission in MBBS course offered by MRIMS, Hyderabad must appear for NEET conducted by the NTA.
- Admission to all the Government, Private, Central and Deemed Universities will be based on NEET scores and the seats for all colleges / institutions / universities will be offered through counselling based on the cut off scores.
- The candidates who will qualify the cut off score set for the college will be granted admission to MBBS course offered by MRIMS, Hyderabad.
MBBS Cut off 2020
Cut-off is the minimum marks required for the admission of students. The candidates will be selected on the basis of these cut off scores. Aspirants who apply for the Institute need to clear the Cut off under the category to which they belong. The cut off marks for Unreserved category and OBC/SC/ST for 2019 is listed below:

How to Apply for MBBS Courses?
- Candidates applying for Medical Colleges in Telangana must register themselves for the NEET counselling.
- Counselling of NEET for All India Quota will be conducted in two rounds in online mode.
- Register on the official website for NEET counselling.
- Candidates have to choose the courses and colleges of their preference.
- Finally lock-in the preferences in the online portal.
- The seat allotment will be published online on the basis of available vacancies and candidate’s choices.
- Those who will be allotted a seat in the first round, will be required to report at the allotted colleges to complete the admission procedure.
