Graduation and a bachelors degree in any discipline obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent CGPA of any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India.

Candidate who have passed their last examination from the Universities other than the Patna University will have to pay Rs. 230/- (Cost of Registration form as Rs. 30/- Registration fee of Rs. 100/- and Migration fee of Rs. 100/-) along with the first installment.
