Department of Commerce functions under Delhi School of Economics (DSE) which is an academic constituent of Delhi University. The Ratan Tata Library:
This library is considered as the resource centre of DSE which maintains a collection of more than 3 lakh volumes. They include books, periodicals, documents and journals. There is also access to official reports and publications of Union and State Governments, International Institutions and bodies such as the UN, IMF, World Bank, UNDP and ILO. The common hall can accommodate 120 students.
Convention Centre
This is one of the modern state of the art architecture, designed for organizing conferences, symposiums and workshops. It has 3 smaller halls which can accommodate 50 students each and the main hall can accommodate 500 people.
Computer Labs
The infrastructure functions under DUCC and includes 14 IBM RS/6000 series, 85 Pentium Machines in a LAN environment, Multimedia kits and ISDN modems for the Internet. With Windows NT/98, MS-Office, PageMaker, SPSS, etc.
