Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering is an undergraduate engineering degree of four year duration. 10+2 pass students with science subjects are eligible to take admission in this course. Admission in most of the colleges offering Civil Engineering is done though any of the entrance tests conducted at national and state level.

Average tuition fee for this course ranges between 2 to 4 lakhs in most of the public institutes and 3 to 6 lakhs in private colleges. However there are some government colleges which offer this course at very less tuition fee.

Aspirants seeking admission to 4-year Full-time B.Tech Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute

Academic Requirement:

Candidate should be passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject and obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.

Entrance Exam:

Admission is based on the Entrance exam JEE & REAP counseling.
