One Of the best Moments Of my life.

What I Liked

I appreciated the supportive faculty in the statistics department, especially the cooperative HOD. However, the college could improve by offering more internal scholarships and better controlling the yearly fee increases.
The infrastructure quality is excellent, with daily cleaning ensuring neat and clean classrooms. Every classroom is equipped with projectors, enhancing the learning experience.
The college offers many programs and extracurricular courses, like Python and Power BI, which are very beneficial for students. The faculty's expertise, teaching methods, and mentorship are strong, providing solid support. The placement services are

What I didn’t like

The college does not have a hostel, and finding rooms nearby can be challenging, often requiring a 3-4 km search. Additionally, the office staff is not very cooperative.
The college does not properly promote games and sports. There is no sports room or gym, and these areas need development. Additionally, no annual day function is organized.
The campus is small with no ground for playing outdoor games. The exam department in charge is very strict.

Placement Experience:

At Pratibha College, campus placements for BSc Statistics students are quite limited. Placement opportunities are rare, and there are few companies specifically seeking graduates with a statistics background. As a result, students often need to find job opportunities independently. Students typically become eligible for campus placements starting from their final semester, but the options are limited. Companies that visit the campus might not always have openings for statistics roles, and the offers made are few. Given the limited campus placement opportunities, it's advisable for students to actively seek employment through external job searches, internships, or by leveraging networking opportunities. Remarks:

The admission process for the BSc regular course is straightforward as there is no entrance exam required. The application process is simple, with supportive staff available to assist. You can find the application form on the college’s official website or at the admissions office. The application fees are reasonable, and the process allows payment in three installments: 50% in the first installment, 25% in the second, and the remaining 25% in the third. There is no fee concession based on caste, so all students pay the full fee regardless of their background. While the installment payment system is convenient, the lack of caste-based fee concessions might be a downside for some students. Improving the process could include offering some form of financial assistance or scholarships based on merit or need. Additionally, providing clearer information about application deadlines and more frequent updates could further streamline the process.
