ASM Group of Institutes was established in the year 1983 in the cities of Pune and Mumbai. It has five colleges, namely, Institute of Business Management & Research (IBMR), Institute of Professional Studies IPS), Institute of International Business and Research (IIBR), College of Commerce, Science & Information Technology (CSIT) and Institute of Management & Computer Studies (IMCOST).

IBMR and IPS are affiliated to the Pune University.
IMCOST is affiliated to the Mumbai University.
ASM Group of Institutes offers various undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the department of Management, IT and Commerce.
Candidates can also enroll themselves in one of the postgraduate diploma courses in Management.

ASM offers 2 year of Post gradaute diploma in dual specializations. The electives in dual specializations are as follows.

ASM Group Of Institutes BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc & M.Sc Admission 2023

CSIT is the only college of the ASM group that offers Management and IT courses like B.Com, BCA, BBA and B.Sc Computer Science at the undergraduate level. Admission to UG program is granted on the basis of merit and M.Sc admissions are granted ont he basis of a valid score in entrance examination.

Admission to postgraduate diplomas is merit based on first come first serve. While admission to other undergraduate and M.Sc program is done through common entrance test of the college followed by personal interview. The admission procedure is in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Savitribai Phule Pune University.

B.Sc	A 10+2 pass in Science stream or its equivalent as per Savitribai Phule Pune University’s norms.

ASM Group Of Institutes PG Admission 2023: MBA, MCA, MMS, MPM & MCM

ASM’S IBMR, IIBR and IPS offers Management and IT courses like MBA, PGDM (Business Administration), PGDM (Business Analytics), MCA, MPM and MCM programs.

For some of the courses, admission is offered on the basis of student’s performance at two entry levels. The first entry is through a centralized process conducted by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra. The second entry is on the basis of availability of seats. Here candidates are selected on the basis of their eligibility followed by verification of mark sheet & score of the respective entrance.

For MCA & MCA Lateral Entry there is a centralized admission process conducted by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE). MCA and MCA Lateral Entry admissions require valid MH-MCA-CET score.

ASM Group Of Institutes Part-Time Courses Admission 2023

ASM offers postgraduate diplomas of one and two-year duration. These courses are available in IBMR and are recognized by the University of Pune.

The admission is merit based on first come first serve basis followed by personal interview.
Admissions to some courses will be based on all India merit in the written test and performance in the personal interview.

PGDMM - Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management	Degree or diploma holders in any discipline and performance in personal interview.
PGDMLM - Post Graduate Diploma in Materials and Logistics Management	Bachelor's degree from recognized university or diploma from Board of Technical Education of any State Govt. or Central Govt. with one year experience.
PGDFT - Post Graduate Diploma in Foreign Trade	Graduation with 45% marks (40% for reserved category) or equivalent or those appearing in final year exams in any discipline from a recognized university can apply.	PGDFT candidates should have valid score of MAT/ATMA/CAT/XAT/NAT or qualify ASM's IBMR written test followed by personal interview.
