• Candidates are required to collect the prospectus for the academic year from the college to read instructions and other details

• An application form will open up in the window
• For new candidates, there will be an option for Registration
• Click on registration to fill up the details
• Fill up academic and personal details in the space provided
• Provide valid mobile number and e-mail id to which admission details will be sent
• Upload scanned signature and photograph with 300 dpi resolution and jpg/jpeg/png format
• Finally submit the application form along with required documents before the due date

• Printout of online pre-admission form from www.mum.digitaluniversity.ac
• Original mark sheet of HSC and school leaving certificate
• Migration certificate/Transfer certificate for migrant candidates
• Caste and other reservation claiming documents, if applicable
