VES Institute of Management studies and Research offers an offline mode of application to the candidates. Candidates can download the form from the official website or can visit the college office to obtain the form in person. However, the candidate must appear for the respective entrance examination by registering at the official conducting website.
- Visit the official website of the college and fill the application form from the link given.
- Pay the application fee online.
- Upon completion of the filling, submit the form online and retain the hard copy for future reference.
- Candidate can also visit the college office to obtain the application form by paying the application fees.
- Send the filled-in application form with attested photocopies of the required documents to the college before the last date to apply, to the following address:

Documents required with the application form:
The attested photocopies of the following documents should be enclosed along with the application form at the time of submission of application:
- Three latest photographs of the applicant.
- SSC examination Marksheet
- HSC examination Marksheet
- Final Year Marksheet & Passing Certificate
- CAT/XAT/MHCET/MAT/CMAT/GMAT/ATMA/Equivalent Exam scorecard
- Institute Leaving/Transfer Certificate
- Identity proof - Driving License, Passport, Aadhar Card or Voter ID
- Nationality proof (Birth Certificate/School Leaving Certificate/Domicile Certificate)
- Migrant’s Certificate (Applicable for J&K students, if required)
- Gap Certificate (if there is an educational gap due to any reason after passing the qualifying examination)
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
Key Note:
- GAP Certificate must be submitted as an affidavit by the candidate.
- Original copy and one set of attested photocopy of the above-mentioned documents are required at the time of admission.
