Regional College of Management (RCM), Bhubaneswar was established in 1982. It is affiliated with Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela. RCM offers  PGDM, MA-TA, MBA, MCA, BBA & BCA courses. Admission is done strictly on the basis of merit.
