ASM’s Institute of Business Management and Research offers PGDM course in three specializations in association with reputed companies. The intake capacity for PGDM Dual Specialization is 120 and for PGDM Emerging Technologies and PGDM Agribusiness, it is 60 each. Candidates who have completed Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST category) from a recognized university and having a valid CAT/MAT/ATMA/XAT/CMAT/ATMA are eligible for admission to PGDM course.
In addition to it, the institute also offers MBA dual specialisations course with a total intake of 360 seats. Candidates who have passed Graduation Degree course with minimum 50% marks (45% for the reserved category) in any discipline with valid CAT/CMAT/MHMBACET score are considered eligible for MBA program.
Upon selection, the candidate may take admission within the stipulated date by paying the tuition fees and submitting the relevant documents in original. Candidates can submit the application form available at the institute or by post or may be downloaded along with 10th, 12th, Graduation mark sheets, entrance exam score card, & photo id proof.

Admission to MBA courses is given through centralized admission process conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra or candidates could apply for institute level admission as well.
Selection of the candidate to the PGDM course will be done on the basis of the following factors:
- Score in any one of the six All India tests i.e. (CAT/CMAT/MHMBACET) the common entrance examinations (if any) conducted by the respective State Governments. – 35 to 60%.
- Score for academic performance in X Std., XII Std., Under Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Degree – 5 to 25%.
- Group discussion/interview – 20 to 45%.
- Weightage for participation in Sports, Extra-Curricular activities, Academic diversity and Gender diversity – 5 to 20%.
