SOIL is committed to ensuring that PGPM program is available for the most committed and high potential leaders of tomorrow. In order to achieve this, it has allocated scholarships worth 2 crores (For all SOIL Programs) in total that are mentioned below:

  • Need-Based Scholarships: Amount – Upto 2 Lakhs

Applicants with family income (excluding applicant’s income) of less than INR. 10 lakh per annum

  • Merit-Based Scholarships: Amount – Upto 2 Lakhs

  1. Exceptional Students with a proven track record in academics. Total Weighted Avg.* between 82 to 90
  2. Students Working with Govt. organizations/PSU (GET or above cadre)
  3. Extracurricular activities- Winner at National or International Levels

*Weightage Avg. formula: [10th*0.25 + 12th*0.25 + Graduation*0.5] all scores should be converted to a scale of 100 before applying the formula

  • Capt. Vikram Batra Scholarships For Defence: Amount – Upto 2 Lakhs

Students from the Armed Forces, Students whose parents have served in the Defence Services of India

  • Outstanding Work In NGOs/Teach For India/AIESEC Scholarships: Amount – Upto 2 Lakhs

Students who are a full-time employee of any Registered NGO or Non-profit Organizations working in social space from last one year or more

  • Women In Leadership Scholarships: Amount – Upto 2 Lakhs

Women who have done exceptional work in leadership roles for an organization.

  • Earn While You Learn (Research Assistantship): Amount – 10,000/month

Selection will be based on the performance during PI and SOP Submitted.

It ensures that every candidate who is selected can attend the program irrespective of their socio-economic background. In order to achieve this, it has allocated generous scholarships which are mentioned below:

  • Need Based Scholarship

The objective of the need-based scholarship at SOIL is to support potential students who would like to pursue PGDM but need financial support. Those students whose gross annual family income is below INR 5,00,000 during the previous financial year are eligible to apply for this scholarship.

  • Merit Based Scholarship

The scholarship committee will be evaluating the applications based on the academic track record of the student and the Entrance Exam scores. The shortlisted students will be called for a personal interaction with the scholarship committee.

  • Verghese Kurien Scholarship

Constituted in the honour of Dr. V Kurien, the father of the White Revolution in India and is given to the wards of farmers to pursue the PGDM program. Those students who meet the following criteria can apply – Ward of a Farmer with annual income below 5 lacs

  • Defence Personnel Scholarship

This scholarship will encourage the wards of Serving Defence personal /Ex-Serviceman to pursue the PGDM program at SOIL. All Indian defence services and BSF families will be considered under this scheme

  • Unique Achievement Award

This category of scholarships is given to those students who have earned awards or achievements in the field of Sports, Fine Arts, Social Work, or any other related field.
