New Delhi: SOIL Institute of Management, Gurgaon Admission 2022 has begun the application process for the PGDM programme in Business Design for 2022-24. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @soil.edu.in. 

SOIL Institute of Management offers postgraduate diploma programs in various specializations including Human Resource Management, Business Design, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Business Leadership. Candidates seeking admission to the programme can submit their applications till the deadline issued by the institute. 

SOIL Institute of Management PGDM Admission 2022: Highlights 

The 2-year PGDM course offered at SOIL is India’s first program integrating Business, Design Thinking and Liberal Arts. This is called Business Design where students focus on solving business problems with a design thinking mindset. 

The PGDM program aims to rediscover the creative potential in its students thereby creating business leaders who excel in innovation and creativity. The business design curriculum helps students in developing their creative business problem solving skills.

SOIL Institute of Management PGDM Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution. 
• Graduation type: 3 years / 4 years or 5 years integrated program and Stream: Arts/Commerce/Science/ Engg. (B. Tech / B.E) etc.
• Candidates can submit multiple entrance examination scores; 
• In case the candidates don't have any entrance exam score, they are required to appear for entrance exams like GMAT /CAT /XAT /MAT.
• Freshers and candidates with less than 5 years of work experience are eligible to apply. 
• Candidates should have a full-time undergraduate degree completion certificate before 15th June 2022. 
• The institute will consider the best score provided by an applicant while shortlisting applications.

SOIL Institute of Management PGDM Admission 2022: Admission Process 

The PGDM admission process of SOIL Gurgaon consists of the following stages, 

Stage 1: Submission of online application

Candidates interested in applying for the PGDM course from SOIL are required to fill in the necessary details and information in the application form and submit it at the earliest on or before the deadline. 

Stage 2: Profile shortlisting 

The institute shortlists the aspirants for PGDM course based on the Leadership Potential, Academic Excellence, Extra Curriculars, and Intellectual Capacity.

Stage 3: Design thinking workshop

The Design Thinking (DT) Workshop is a mandatory process for aspirants to undergo as part of their admissions process. The workshop is a hands-on, activity-based session built around the Design Thinking process. 

The aspirants will be taught about the process of design thinking and the ways to practice and implement the learning. The aim of the DT workshop is to find aspirants who are extremely good and efficient at real time working environments rather than identifying students purely based on their past academic performances and entrance exam scores.

Stage 4: Personal Interview

The short-listed candidates will have to attend the interview process, which will be conducted by a faculty member and a senior member of the industry. 

Stage 5: Admission result

The final decisions regarding the admission will be emailed to all the shortlisted candidates within four weeks of taking the interview.

Stage 6: Scholarships and registrations

Once a candidate registers for the PGDM program by paying the initial fees of INR 2,00,000, they are eligible to apply for PGDM Scholarships.

• Register yourself by filling all the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.
• Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.
• Pay the application fee and submit the Application form. 
• Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future reference.
